Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA OTC / SD Consultant with strong expertise in Settlement Management to design, configure, and support
  • end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes in an SAP S/4HANA environment. The role focuses on advanced settlement scenarios including rebates,
  • commissions, chargebacks, royalties, and complex post-billing settlements using S/4HANA Settlement Management.

Roles & Responsibilities
S/4HANA Settlement Management
• Lead the design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management for OTC scenarios
• Implement settlement processes for:
o Customer rebates & incentives
o Trade promotions
o Commissions and royalties
o Chargebacks and condition-based settlements
• Configure: o Settlement types and settlement units o Settlement rules and settlement documents o Accruals and periodic settlement runs o Integration with FI for accounting postings • Enable real-time accrual and settlement postings in Universal Journal (ACDOCA) Order-to-Cash (OTC) S/4HANA • Configure and support S/4HANA SD processes including: o Sales order management o Pricing and condition techniques o Delivery and billing o Credit and risk management (S/4) o Dispute and deductions handling • Integrate settlement functionality into standard OTC flows • Ensure seamless interaction between billing documents and settlement processing Financial Integration • Integrate Settlement Management with: o SAP FI (GL, AR, revenue accounting) o Universal Journal (ACDOCA) o SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), where applicable • Coordinate with FI consultants on: o Accrual postings o Account determination o Month-end and year-end close impacts Business Partner & Master Data • Design S/4HANA Business Partner-based customer setup • Align customer, pricing, and settlement master data • Support master data governance requirements for Settlement Management
Reporting & Analytics • Support analytics using: o Embedded Analytics (CDS Views) o Fiori apps for settlement tracking and accrual monitoring • Assist business users with: o Settlement status reporting o Reconciliation between SD and FI o Audit support
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of SAP SD / OTC experience
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Settlement Management
  • Strong knowledge of: o S/4HANA pricing and condition contracts o Settlement documents and settlement calendar o Accrual and settlement postings
  • Proven experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations or conversions
  • Strong understanding of OTCFI integration in S/4HANA
