Responsibilities for Rebate Disbursement Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • The position supports the accurate and timely disbursement of approximately $18B in annual client rebate payments, by owning end to end rebate disbursement execution for an assigned client portfolio, serving as the subject matter expert on client contracts and rebate terms, and partnering cross functionally with Quality Control, Continuous Improvement, Rebate Analytics, Billing, FP&A, Legal, Underwriting, and Client Management to resolve issues, perform variance and root cause analysis, and drive process improvements.

  • Day to day responsibilities include interpreting contracts and setup logic, executing payments in disbursement systems, meeting accuracy and timeliness metrics, responding to internal and external inquiries through independent research, identifying inefficiencies in established processes, and supporting ad hoc initiatives.

  • The ideal candidate has experience in complex financial or rebate/payment operations, strong analytical and organizational skills, the ability to multitask and shift priorities, and clear communication skills;

Candidates for Rebate Disbursement Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of project management experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excel is required and SQL is preferred.
