This is a remote position that includes travel to industry trade shows (4-6 per year). Initial onboarding and training are conducted in person, with monthly team sessions at our Grand Rapids, MN office to strengthen collaboration and connection.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Identify and target key decision-makers within prospective client organizations.

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' marketing goals and explore their challenges and opportunities.

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to build and qualify a consistent pipeline of new leads.

  • Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual client meetings.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including trade shows, cold calls, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.

  • Identify opportunities within new client relationships for future growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact through close.

  • Partner with internal teams-including marketing, sales, production, fulfillment, and finance-to deliver smooth client onboarding experience.

  • Actively listen to clients and recommend solutions aligned with their goals.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive insights to better serve clients.

  • Represent Arrowhead at trade shows and networking events.

  • Coordinate pre- and post-show outreach efforts to maximize impact.

  • Build brand visibility and expand your professional network.

Sales Process Ownership
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies.

  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline.

  • Utilize CRM to track leads, opportunities, quotes, and close business.

  • Provide regular reporting and pipeline updates to leadership.

What You Bring
We recognize that strong candidates may come from many different paths - whether you are a seasoned sales professional or someone with transferable experience in client services, account management, or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years of outside sales or related experience preferred.

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and managing a full sales cycle.

  • A relationship-first mindset with strong people skills

  • Confidence in communicating - both one-on-one and in group presentations

  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • The ability to work independently while remaining connected and collaborative with your team.

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred but not required)

  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Why Arrowhead?
