We're seeking a Property Management Assistant to support our Property Management team with leasing, marketing, administrative tasks, and resident communication. Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Support admin tasks: data entry, record keeping, appointment coordination
• Assist with tenant communications and application processing
• Help ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and local regulations
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor work orders; manage vendor SLAs
• Maintain accurate records and reports in AppFolio and Google Suite
• Deliver excellent resident service and resolve escalated tenant issues
• Grow in the position through continued learning and skill building
Success at 6 months:
• Reduced vacancy days, accurate listing launches, high-quality leasing support

Qualifications
What You'll Bring (Must-Haves):
• Prior admin, leasing, or customer service experience
