Job description

Assistant Needed ASAP (maternity coverage)
Contract to $25-26 hourly
Great Downtown Location
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with property operations, including work order coordination, inspections, and small project support.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests to support tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice coding and rent follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate tenant, financial, and property records using software such as Yardi or similar systems.
  • Coordinate with local Houston vendors and contractors for maintenance and service needs.
  • Assist with lease administration, renewals, and tenant correspondence.


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of property management assisting experience needed
  • Yardi and MRI required with accounting AP/AR
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Professional, mature demeanor
