The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring maintenance, tenant relations, and compliance are efficiently handled in accordance with company policies and local laws.

ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Support the Property Manager in overseeing, maintaining, and inspecting all assigned buildings and properties.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Coordinate routine maintenance and property inspections to ensure compliance with laws, codes, and company policies.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Assist in preparing and managing budgets related to property operations and maintenance.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Respond to and address tenant complaints, violations, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
ยทย  ย  ย  ย  ย Inspect vacated units, document conditions, and assist in preparing them for re-rental.
