Job description

Winterwood, Inc. is hiring for the role of part-time Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will support the overall operations of the property, under the general direction of the Property Manager.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Part-time (20-24 hours per week)
  • Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager with leasing and marketing efforts.
  • Show available units to prospective residents.
  • Ensure compliance with move-in file requirements, adhering to Affordable Housing program guidelines.
  • Assist with processing Tenant Annual Recertifications.
  • Notify the Property Manager of any property issues or damages.
  • Enter work orders as reported by tenants.
  • Conduct unit inspections and assist with related tasks.
  • Issue late rent notices.
  • Address tenant complaints and concerns to facilitate resolution.
  • Complete all duties as assigned by the Field Supervisor and Property Manager.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of solid customer service or administrative experience.
  • Ability to multitask, work collaboratively, thrive under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with technology and Google Workspace products.
  • Strong communication skills with staff, residents, vendors, and others.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Steady work history.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel for training.
  • Willingness to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Ability to travel to Lexington, KY for training.
