Job description

We are looking for a Property manager assistant with excellent people and computer skills.

Responsibilities include answering phones, data entry into property management system, rent collections and enforcement of community policies, dealing with all tenant issues, receiving maintenance requests, working with both existing and new vendors.

The is full time position located in Flint. This is a career opportunity for someone that wants to be apart of a growing company, not just a job! With this position you will be working directly with the owners, tenants, and vendors.

Candidates must have the ability to build rapport with tenants and be able to multitask and prioritize. Word and Excel are a must.

We are looking for someone that is a self starter, detail oriented, can multi task, and has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and can handle demanding tenants at times. If you have property management experience that is a plus.
