Responsibilities
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

Requirements
  • Personal lines P&C license
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
