Job description

Stock Administrator Role

As a Stock Administrator at GitLab, you will be instrumental in managing global equity programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy in stock options, restricted stock units, performance stock units, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People Operations to maintain audit-ready processes and documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitor data integrations between Workday, E*TRADE, and Equity Edge Online.
  • Resolve data issues and maintain accurate equity records.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc equity reports for various departments.
  • Support stock-related inquiries from team members.
  • Drive process improvements for stock plan operations.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in equity compensation administration.
  • Knowledge of SOX controls and audit documentation.
