Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims accurately and promptly.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals with attention to detail.

Assist in the claims process by gathering necessary information and guiding clients through the initial steps.

Maintain client records in our system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Identify opportunities to educate clients on additional services or coverage that may benefit them.


Requirements

Must have an insurance license.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes is a strong plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
