Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Process customer policy change requests and take payments.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner and answer incoming phone calls.
  • Handle customer renewals.
  • Represent the company at local events
  • Assist agents with obtaining signatures and securing paperwork
  • Identify potential cross-sell opportunities for agents
