Were seeking an Insurance Customer Service Rep to handle daily client service needs while supporting the agencys sales staff. Youll answer phones, process payments, handle billing questions and policy changes, and assist customers with professionalism and care. Youll work alongside an experienced team with dedicated service and sales roles, plus an agency manager who brings 11 years of agency experience to onboarding and training.
