Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our insurance team in an entry-level customer service role. Part time and full time options available! Youโ€™ll assist clients and policyholders by answering questions, managing policy changes, resolving billing concerns, and guiding potential clients through insurance options. If you bring a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a client-first mindset, weโ€™d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls and inquiries regarding insurance policies, billing, and coverage options
