Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Verify contact information and update where necessary.
  • Handle billing inquiries and process payments
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license is required.
