  • Facilitate pre-triangulation meetings with regional sales teams (Asia, Japan, Korea, ROA) ahead of the weekly triangulation cycle
  • Pull and review turns-remaining data and delta reports from the triangulation tool to surface demand risk and recovery opportunities
  • Prepare meeting materials and document action items
  • Communicate supply constraints and planning assumptions clearly to sales and PLM stakeholders
  • Escalate discrepancies between backlog, sales forecast, and consensus demand to planning manager

Inventory Management (20%):

  • Monitor finished goods and WIP inventory levels by part number against demand and days-of-inventory (DOI) targets
  • Identify excess, aged, or at-risk inventory and escalate disposition recommendations to planning manager
  • Support safety stock reviews by product family and flag attainment gaps
  • Coordinate with OSAT partners (probe, assembly, test) to track WIP lot status and ensure material is moving through the supply chain on schedule
  • Assist with hold lot tracking and NCMR disposition as directed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP ECC/SCM and flag discrepancies for resolution

Data Maintenance and Reporting (20%):

  • Maintain accurate planning data in SAP ECC/SCM including material master, backlog, and supply plan records
  • Support backlog analysis and snapshot comparisons as directed
  • Run standard planning reports and distribute to stakeholders on schedule
  • Assist with ad hoc data pulls and supply plan updates as requested by planning manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Professional certification (CPIM, CSCP) preferred but not required
  • Solid understanding of production planning principles and supply chain fundamentals
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC/SCM; familiarity with SAC or equivalent planning tools a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Clear, organized communication skills with cross-functional teams (PLM, foundry ops, sales ops)
