- Manage planning and sequencing: draw up the three-month Master Production Schedule each week based on customer orders, stock objectives and production constraints

Junior Production Planner

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning the production process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. We would like this  candidate to have some experience in production planning.

-Maintain the Daily production plan
-Update the Production Plan daily
-Communicate with the Logistics Manager to notify of any changes to the schedule and analyze the consequences
-Modify the schedule based on different anomalies
-Check the entry into stock of end products (PF) and semi-finished (SF) products
-Monitor Master Production Schedule progress/delay
-Help to analyze deviations and progress daily using problem-solving tools
-Manage supplies (batch size, lead time, multiple supplies) and keep this data up-to-date. Analyze requirements, check the accuracy of elements produced by the information system, generate supply requests to suppliers.

-Ensure the availability of components purchased that are required by the manufacturing plan and anticipate component and material interruptions.

-Communicate and follow up with suppliers to ensure to limit late deliveries and report these late deliveries to Logistics Manager.
