Job Overview

We are seeking a Master Production Planner to support depot-level operations, repairs, and refurbishment efforts in a highly dynamic, environment. This role is essential to maintaining mission readiness by ensuring efficient, compliant asset management and schedule control while maintaining strict configuration integrity.

What You'll Do

  • Master Scheduling: Develop and manage master production and repair schedules in a fast-paced, low-volume/high-mix environment with multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Depot Operations to ensure the timely availability of materials, tooling, and resources.
  • Capacity Planning: Align factory capacity and production plans with program requirements, identifying and resolving constraints or delays.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor factory operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between functional teams.
  • Schedule Risk Mitigation: Identify material shortages, delays, and schedule risks. Implement proactive corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide daily production status updates to both government and non-government customers.
  • Travel & Flexibility: Occasional travel to other Raytheon or government facilities may be required. Some work outside normal business hours may be necessary to support program needs.

Work Environment

  • Onsite role working in a dynamic, collaborative environment that includes cross-company and government partners.
  • Work is performed in a secure, classified setting with adherence to strict access control and compliance protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
    Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
  • Experience using MS Project or similar scheduling tools to manage complex project timelines and constraints.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
  • Strong understanding of schedule risk mitigation and working with task owners to resolve conflicts.
  • Familiarity with handling ITAR-controlled materials.
