Job Title: Supply Chain Planner
Location: 100% Remote - PST hours required
Rate: $40-$42/ hour
Duration: Through 10/23/2026 - extension based on budget and performance
The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials across departments to support production schedules. This role partners closely with Sales and Operations Planning teams to ensure demand planning, forecasting, and material availability align with operational requirements. The position contributes to ongoing operational execution and integrates into established supply chain planning workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and expedite the movement of materials and work according to production and shipment schedules.
  • Review and distribute production schedules, work orders, and shipment plans to cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze production documents, materials, and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Assess personnel and material requirements by reviewing production schedules, work orders, and staffing plans.
  • Track and record production data, including output volume, raw material consumption, and quality metrics.
  • Maintain inventory levels required to meet production demand and requisition materials as needed.
  • Revise production schedules in response to design changes, labor constraints, material shortages, or other disruptions.
  • Compile and deliver reports related to inventory levels, costs, and operational performance.
  • Partner with demand planning and forecasting teams to support Sales and Operations Planning activities.
