We're looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Production Planner to join our team in Bay Minette Alabama and play an important role in keeping our manufacturing operation running smoothly. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and figuring out how to keep things moving, this could be the role for you!
What You'll Do
  • Create and maintain production schedules to support customer demand and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor production, capacity, inventory, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  • Work with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, Shipping, Customer Service, and other teams to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Release jobs for production and support inventory control and cycle counting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and results.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 1-2 years of production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Oracle/MRP experience is a plus.
