What Impact You'll Have:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Policy Analyst to support strategic planning, policy operations, governance, and process improvement initiatives supporting Intelligence Community mission operations.

What You'll Be Owning:

  • Research and analyze operational data and policy requirements.
  • Support development of reports, strategic recommendations, and executive briefings.
  • Coordinate project schedules, stakeholder engagements, and action tracking.
  • Support policy review, compliance activities, and governance initiatives.
  • Assist with business process improvement and operational modernization efforts.

What You Must Have:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph.
  • 7+ years of experience in policy analysis, business operations, program management, or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations.
  • Experience supporting governance or continuity initiatives.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
