Job description

Job Title: Community Manager (Part‑Time / Discord‑Focused)
Company: MemeHouse Design Studios
Location: Remote (globally)
Employment Type: Part‑Time / Contract

About MemeHouse Design Studios
MemeHouse Design Studios builds engaged communities around creators and live‑culture moments. We’re incubating a melodic‑techno act and need a Community Manager to nurture and grow the artist’s core fanbase.

Role Overview
You’ll own the artist’s fan community, especially via Discord and fan‑group platforms, to deepen loyalty, build hype around releases, and turn superfans into ambassadors.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and moderate the artist’s Discord server and/or fan‑group channels.

  • Onboard, engage, and reward top fans with exclusive content, early‑access, and voting opportunities.

  • Coordinate fan‑driven initiatives (e.g., voting for setlists, “name this drop,” fan‑art contests).

  • Flag community feedback and insights for Artist Manager, Social Media, and Marketing teams.

  • Help run email/DM‑style community announcements (e.g., presales, VIP perks, meet‑and‑greets).

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in community management, fandom, or social‑media support.

  • Deep familiarity with Discord, Telegram, or similar fan‑group tools.

  • Strong communication skills and a natural instinct for “tone of voice” online.

  • Genuine interest in electronic music and fan‑culture.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience managing fan servers or communities for creators or artists.

  • Familiarity with basic email‑list tools or CRM‑style community platforms.

How to Apply
Please submit:

  1. Resume or LinkedIn profile

  2. Examples of communities you’ve helped grow or manage (links, screenshots, or descriptions)

  3. A short note on how you’d keep a fanbase excited between shows and releases

MemeHouse Design Studios is an equal‑opportunity employer.
