What you'll be doing...
You'll work side-by-side with our dealers and third-party retail partners to grow our prepaid wireless product and service sales through their national outlets. You'll communicate key business changes to the Dealers and their leaders and critical messages to influence much more than any individual sale. Ongoing, you'll assess the performance of the dealers in your assigned territory and develop a tailored plan to improve productivity to help them meet their targets. A combination of incentives, promotions, and marketing programs, along with training and education, will be your tools. When our partners are successful, so are we. You will need to make critical, business-impacting decisions. You'll proactively share best practices, cultivate collaboration, ensure results, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being met in order to drive and execute results.
  • Driving sales and business growth for our Indirect Partners in your respective territory.
  • Producing and presenting creative, compelling proposals, presentations, and business reviews that tell unique, customer-centric stories that express Verizon Value's key initiatives and expectations from a results perspective.
  • Ensuring expectations are being met, giving clear direction, and holding Indirect partners accountable and responsible for driving revenue and increasing results.
  • Assess the performance of the dealers in your territory and develop a tailored plan every month to improve productivity to help them meet their targets.
  • Measuring and monitoring KPIs for your respective Indirect Partners, developing and executing plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitoring and evaluating overall channel sales performance for continuous improvement, analyzing market factors.
  • Creating and implementing action plans as needed.
  • Establishing and growing positive partnerships with existing Indirect Partners.
  • In the field, up to 5 days a week, visiting indirect locations in person. (Weekends included)
  • Ensuring great customer experiences and addressing customer complaints or disputes quickly.
  • Conducting and attending internal meetings, and disciplined organizing and planning for weekly visits.
  • Presenting in various capacities to Indirect senior leadership.
  • Partnering with local marketing teams to provide a unique customer and market experience in your responsible territories.
  • This position will support the Greater Cincinnati, OH, metropolitan area.

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Indirect sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel approximately up to 75%.
  • Willingness to work weekends (every other Saturday), including nights.
  • A valid driver's license.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $73,000.00 - $127,000.00.
