Job description

Position Overview
Seatown Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air is seeking a results-driven Sales Performance Manager to lead our Residential sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales professionals, and ensuring a consistent, ethical, and customer-focused sales experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels at coaching, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the residential sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to support service and replacement growth
  • Review and update sales plans annually to align with company objectives
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as close rate, average ticket, and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive trust, referrals, and repeat business
  • Train, develop, and mentor sales team members through structured onboarding, coaching, and field training
  • Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing skill development
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to leadership
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Marketing, Operations, and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • At least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role
  • A Proven track record in business- to- consumer (B2C) sales
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Extensive experience with one-calling closing environments
  • The ability to train and develop sales professionals in communication, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • A history of driving revenue growth through coaching, process improvement, and sales development
  • Experience building accountability and creating a high-performance sales culture
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
