Job Summary:
LG Electronics North America is a global leader in technology dedicated to creating innovative solutions for a better life. The Sales Performance Analyst role involves assessing and enhancing KPIs, conducting performance audits, and providing actionable insights through revenue analytics to support sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Assess and enhance existing KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of performance metrics
• Proactively identify revenue risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities
• Analyze structural drivers of high performance and recommend scalable best practices
• Conduct regular audits of MBO scorecard submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
• Validate supporting documentation and alignment with approved KPI criteria
• Audit pipeline quality to ensure opportunity accuracy, stage integrity, forecast reliability, and data hygiene
• Identify inconsistencies, inflation risks, or process gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Partner with Sales and Management teams to improve accountability and forecast discipline
• Standardize, streamline, and automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to sales leadership and executive stakeholders
• Analyze individual, team, and divisional revenue trends
• Provide high-quality ad hoc reporting and business analysis as needed
• Consolidate and manage multiple internal and third-party datasets
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
• Support data operations initiatives and process improvements
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate payouts
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
• Advanced Excel skills with strong data manipulation and analytical capabilities
• 2–3+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or performance auditing
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect inconsistencies and data risks
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong documentation and presentation skills
Preferred:
• Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with complex sales channels
• Working knowledge of SQL
