Position Overview

TheSectionheadwillguide clinical strategy, ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include neurologists,physiatrists,psychologists,neuropsychologists,rehabilitationtherapists, nurses, and case managers. This individual will also play a key role in shaping the vision and growth of the clinic, fostering innovation in TBI care, and improving patient outcomes through coordinated rehabilitation services.This position entails developing collaborationsbetweenrelevantcenters and departments, particularly NeurologyandPhysical Medicine andRehabilitation.Thisposition combines direct patient care responsibilities with leadership duties, offering an opportunity to influence both clinical operations and long-term strategic initiatives within the organization.

The salary range displayed in this job posting reflects the anticipated salary range for new physicians hired into full-time (100% FTE) positions. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE. This stated range excludes the value of Cleveland Clinic's comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings.

Pay Range

Minimum salary: $383,000

Maximum salary: $476,750
