This leadership role requires a physician withexpertiseinTBIwho is committed to advancing interdisciplinary care, clinical excellence, and program development. This position combines direct patient care responsibilities with leadership duties, offering an opportunity to influence both clinical operations and long-term strategic initiatives within the organization.This is a unique opportunity to practice withinastate-of-the-art neurosciences infrastructure, including Cleveland Clinic's newly enhanced and technologically advanced neurology andneurosurgeryspaces

Position Overview

TheSectionheadwillguide clinical strategy, ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include neurologists,physiatrists,psychologists,neuropsychologists,rehabilitationtherapists, nurses, and case managers. The salary range displayed in this job posting reflects the anticipated salary range for new physicians hired into full-time (100% FTE) positions. This range is generally aligned with or below the 50th percentile of nationally recognized compensation benchmarks by specialty. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined in accordance with fair market value, considering factors such as professional experience, clinical expertise, board certification, work history, and FTE. This stated range excludes the value of Cleveland Clinic's comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings.

Minimum salary: $383,000

Maximum salary: $476,750
