Partner Sales Excellence Manager

LVT

American Fork, UT

Full-time

Job description

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As the Partner Sales Excellence Manager, you will be the strategic architect behind our partner performance engine. Sitting at the nexus of Sales Strategy, Ops, and Enablement, you will ensure our global partner ecosystem is empowered to deliver consistent, high-impact results. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role designed for a builder who can translate complex sales data into actionable coaching and streamlined processes. You won't just manage partners; you will define the standard for how LVT wins through the channel.

This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Optimize Partner Performance: Analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to identify performance gaps, developing data-driven improvement plans that directly accelerate partner-sourced revenue.
  • Architect Enablement Programs: Design and deploy comprehensive training, playbooks, and certification tracks that equip resellers, GSIs, and ISVs with LVT's unique value propositions.
  • Streamline Sales Operations: Define and enforce best-in-class partner processes for deal registration, forecasting, and CRM adoption to ensure a frictionless "easy to do business with" experience.
  • Standardize GTM Reporting: Establish global performance dashboards and KPIs to track partner productivity, ramp time, and the effectiveness of incentive programs or SPIFFs.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between Partner Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure channel strategies are perfectly synced with LVT's direct GTM objectives.
  • Influence Strategy & Planning: Lead the operational side of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and annual territory planning, providing the insights necessary to define partner segmentation and coverage models.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Strategic B2B Expert: You possess 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel management, or revenue operations, specifically within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Analytical Problem Solver: You are comfortable diving deep into Salesforce (or similar CRMs) to extract insights, build dashboards, and forecast future performance with precision.
  • Master Communicator: You can influence without authority, effectively guiding internal stakeholders and external partners toward shared goals.
  • Process-Obsessed: You have a proven track record of building and scaling sales processes-from deal registration workflows to partner onboarding programs.
  • Adaptable & Scrappy: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are expected to switch between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Education & Experience: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a background in managing complex partner ecosystems (Resellers, Distributors, and SI partners).
