Sales Excellence Associate Position Summery Exercise your strengths in organization, coordination and communication to develop commercial talent as well as improve customer experiences. Working across Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Marketing Operations, and commercial teams, this role helps turn ideas and resources into well-executed programs that are visible, accessible, and easy to adopt. As an active participant in the Associate Territory Manager program, the Associate will complete all required learning experiences and performance expectations while applying those lessons through meaningful project work.

Key Responsibilities Global Headquarters Tours & Experiences Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global headquarters tours and related visitor experiences. Recruitment & Early-Career Support Support recruiting efforts for sales interns, Associate Territory Managers, and other early-career commercial talent by helping to coordinate career fair logistics, schedules, communications, materials, shipping, team preparation, and follow-up activities. Partner with Sales Excellence, University Relations, and commercial leaders to deliver an organized and positive candidate experience.

Track key activities, deadlines, participation, and follow-up needs to support timely execution across recruiting events and initiatives. Training Resource Marketing & Adoption Help market Sales Excellence training, tools, and resources to internal audiences to increase awareness, access, and adoption. Maintain organized, user-friendly channels and resource libraries so commercial teams can easily find and use available materials.

Commercial Excellence & Marketing Operations Project Support Provide project coordination and execution support for initiatives across the Specialties Marketing team. Develop project plans, document decisions, track actions and deadlines, and communicate status to key stakeholders. Collaborate across functions to gather information, prepare materials, coordinate deliverables, and keep work moving forward.

Identify process improvements and practical solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, communication, or stakeholder experience. Support special projects, team meetings, events, and other priorities as business needs evolve. Associate Territory Manager Program Participation Actively participate in and successfully complete all Associate Territory Manager program requirements, including formal training, field experiences, assignments, assessments, coaching, networking, and development activities.

Requirements Bachelor's degree (in Ag, business, education, science, psychology or related) with a minimum GPA of 3.0 upon graduation. Understanding of learning design and development, sales and marketing, adult education, research and assessment methodologies, and leadership skills development Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel 25% of the time. Previous experience facilitating / hosting / coordinating tours and events for internal and external customers

Previous experience supporting Sales Excellence initiatives for strategic partnership and growth - inclusive of but not limited to events for customers, government officials, key industry partners, and youth organizations, supporting advancement of the agriculture industry.
