Location : Chicago, IL- Onsite 
Duration : Long Term contract
Interview type: F2F

Need only locals.

Own performance testing strategy and execution for assigned applications and platforms
Design, build, and maintain performance testing frameworks for API and web-based systems
Develop and execute performance test scenarios and datasets using tools such as JMeter, BlazeMeter, Taurus, and SqlQueryStress
Analyze response times, throughput, concurrency patterns, and system behavior under load
Use observability and monitoring tools including Datadog, Grafana, and Splunk to correlate test results with system metrics
Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to drive remediation
Evaluate environment and infrastructure requirements and make recommendations to meet expected SLAs
Produce clear performance test reports outlining risks, findings, and recommendations
Drive continuous improvement through automation, tooling enhancements, and AI-enabled solutions
Mentor and support Automation Engineers in performance testing best practices
