Job description

At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what's next.
About the Role:
We are seeking a creative expert to join our Performance Marketing team as Manager, Performance Creative. This role leads creative ideation and concept development that fuels Netflix's global performance marketing operation: from data-driven ad concepts and creator partnerships to new content categories and channel-specific creative strategy. The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with performance marketing expertise: someone who can turn audience insights and competitive research into breakthrough concepts, and partner across Brand, Social, and Production to bring them to life at scale.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead creative ideation and concept development, translating performance insights, audience data, and market trends into creative briefs ready for production.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, producers, and media buyers to turn concepts into high-performing assets, partnering closely with the Creative Producer on production handoff.
  • Partner with Growth Strategy to build and execute a forward-looking creative testing roadmap, with clear hypotheses on hooks, value props, visual styles, messaging, and more.
  • Own the creative strategy for net-new content categories beyond single-title assets: multi-title, lifestyle, catalog, and licensed content.
  • Build and manage Netflix's creator program for performance marketing: identify, brief, and manage creator agency relationships for scaled, performance-centric native content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
  • Serve as the creative lead on new and emerging channel formats (DSP, CTV, YouTube), defining the creative approach and specs as we enter new placements.
  • Establish a reactive pipeline that can jump on trends and insights, and turn assets around rapidly.
  • Partner with Brand to conceptualize larger performance marketing moments that sell the full value of Netflix to potential members beyond individual title campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, creative techniques, and cultural moments, turning them into fresh concepts and rapid-response creative opportunities.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally with entertainment or consumer brand experience.
  • A proven track record of creative concepts that directly resulted in measurable CPA reduction or revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable creative direction.
  • Deep hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, DSPs, and emerging digital channels.
  • Experience managing creator partnerships and influencer programs for performance marketing.
  • Resourceful and endlessly curious, with a high comfort level for independently driving complex creative initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • High tolerance for change and the capacity to accomplish significant work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong level of ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different projects.
  • Respect, understanding, and enthusiasm for Netflix culture.

Netflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
