Role Purpose Statement

Position responsible for inputting customer’s data accurately into the CBase/Link systems in a timely manner.  Provide production and packing reports to operations. 

Main Accountabilities

Effective communication in order to advise all levels of management

  • Responsible for creating reports
  • Responsible for providing general support, missing payroll adjustments 
  • Produce flight Production paperwork 
  • Assist the departments as assigned
  • Perform clerical duties as assigned
  • Keep all files up-to-date, stored and labeled for easy and immediate reference
  • Work independently and within a team on special projects.
  • Work well with others
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Employees Time and Attendance.  Any missing punches, Leave Adjustments & Historical 
  • Employees Shift Bid Schedules, Vacation Bids
  • Knife locker Updates in System
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Base knowledge of Excel, ARIS, LINK and CPS.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail.
  • Outstanding general math skills.
  • MS Word, Excel proficiency.
  • Minimum 1year clerical experience and basic computer/technical knowledge
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to make decisions on own.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to participate as a team member.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives
  • A successful record of performance which demonstrates leadership, process improvement skills.
  • Excellent attendance record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ clerical experience and basic computer/technical knowledge
  • Familiar with Sky Chefs projects a plus
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with large groups – must be flexible
  • Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
