Staff Performance Coordinator/ Forklift Validator

Ontario, CA and San Bernardino, CA

Location: Client Site (Manufacturing/Warehouse) in Ontario, CA and San Bernardino, CA

Schedule: 8:00am- 5:00pm (with flexibility to work 6:00am- 2:30pm)

REQUIRED: Previous forklift experience, working in staffing and must be bilingual in Spanish/English

Job Summary
Under direct supervision, the Staff Performance Coordinator contributes to the operational growth and profitability of the account through day-to-day execution, management of strong relationships with the client and associates, and fulfillment of the clientโ€™s staffing services agreement. This role supports the day-to-day interaction with the client and associates, assists with identifying process improvements, and executes on service level agreements to ensure they are met. This role provides immediate front-line customer service to the management team and associates. This role is responsible for partnering with appropriate parties to resolve all workforce issues, including but not limited to employee coaching, counseling, disciplinary action, and payroll and timekeeping, in a timely manner.


Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
  • Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues.
  • Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinates resolution of the all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties.
  • Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
  • Collects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
  • Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software).
  • Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program.
  • Coaches associates on attendance policies, conducts ABC performance reviews, and assigns and ends associate assignments.
  • Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.


Preferred Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or 6 months to 1 year related experience in staffing

Bilingual Fluent in Spanish/English

  • Experience in staffing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Strong client-facing, onboarding, and associate engagement experience.
  • Safety-driven professional with forklift knowledge (Reach, Sit-Down, EPJ, and Cherry Picker); validation experience.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of associates and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with technology, reporting, and workforce management tools.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to travel between Ontario and San Bernardino as needed.

Your Work Environment:

Client Site: Typically where work is performed is generally offsite at a clientโ€™s location that could be an office or other business setting and require travel to and from locations. This position requires compliance for all occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations.

ย The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
