Job description

Position Overview

Alliance Painting is seeking a highly organized, driven, and team-oriented Performance Assistant Coordinator to support daily administrative operations, recruitment, onboarding and Preferred Partner Pay payments and Preferred Partner pay Tracking which includes AWO's or crew deductions on invoicing.

This role is critical to maintaining company growth.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and comfortable with office administration responsibilities.


Core Responsibilities

Office Administrative Role

  • Assist the Performance Manager with daily Performance Administrative tasks
  • Track crew productivity, project efficiency, and completion timelines
  • Maintain organized records of crews documents are accurate and up to date, payroll tracking, and onboarding documents
  • Monitor production metrics and generate weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Assist with managing preferred partner payments and weekly pay tracking
  • Ensure accurate documentation for crew deductions if needed, AWO's and payment approvals
  • Crew COI's are up to date and active by being verified monthly and our records are update with current policy.
  • Call Back tracking and reporting: Call back dates with client name Project Manager and crew, what concern is warranty issue or call back


Recruitment & Crew Development

  • Screen incoming crew applicants and subcontractor inquiries
  • Conduct initial phone interviews and candidate evaluations
  • Schedule in-person interviews with management
  • Assist with onboarding new crews and ensuring all paperwork is completed
  • Support crew retention and relationship building


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in recruiting crews and onboarding
  • Administrative or operations coordination experience preferred
  • Strong accountability
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting systems, and digital communication tools


Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Experience scheduling systems
  • Knowledge of residential repaint processes and prep standards

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range

$40,000 - $45,000 annually

Compensation based on experience, operational knowledge, and performance.
