Velocity Wellness & Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Brentwood, California. This role is essential to our commitment to providing exemplary care in an outpatient setting. Work Environment

You will work primarily onsite at our outpatient office, where high-quality patient care is prioritized. The office operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, creating a structured yet flexible work schedule conducive to work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial screenings and comprehensive evaluations of orthopedic patients, utilizing advanced diagnostic techniques to identify movement dysfunctions.

  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address both immediate rehabilitation needs and long-term health goals, adjusting as necessary based on patient progress.

  • Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and best practice standards.

  • Engage in case management responsibilities, coordinating with other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care continuity.

  • Maintain patient records accurately and securely, documenting clinical findings, progress notes, and therapy outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications
