โ€โ™‚๏ธ Athletes Wanted โ€“ Turn Your Passion into Purpose!

Love sports?

Bass Athletics is looking for motivated, sports-minded individuals to join our team as Performance Coaches โ€” the perfect role for those who want to turn athletic experience into impact.

If you're a former athlete or fitness enthusiast who thrives in high-energy environments and loves helping others grow, this is your shot to build a career doing what you love.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead small-group training sessions (up to 10 athletes per group) focused on speed, agility, and strength for student-athletes ages 7 and up.

  • Teach and inspire athletes using our proven Bass Athletics training system.

  • Get certified as a Bass Performance Coach โ€” weโ€™ll train you on our system and philosophy.

  • Bring energy, lead with confidence, and build future champions every day.

  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with parents and athletes to upsell programs and offerings.

  • Maintain the facilityโ€™s cleanliness and professionalism to ensure a top-tier training experience.

  • Represent Bass Athleticsโ€™ core values of Authenticity, Growth, and Consistency, while embracing our high-energy coaching culture.

โš™๏ธ What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Athletic background (former athlete preferred).

  • At least 1 year of experience coaching or training youth athletes (required).

  • Ability to physically demonstrate movement, speed, and strength techniques confidently โ€” or learn to do so through training.

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

  • Strong communicator who connects with both athletes and parents.

  • Passionate, coachable, and eager to learn from experienced professionals.

  • Positive attitude and high personal standards for punctuality and professionalism.

Position Details

  • Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)

  • Compensation: $18/hour + 30% Revenue Share for each new athlete you personally enroll.

    • This means every athlete who signs up through your direct engagement earns you a percentage of their membership revenue โ€” a performance-based incentive designed to reward impact and growth.

  • Location: Corona, CA

  • Schedule: Evenings and/or weekends required

  • Education: High School Diploma (minimum)
