Job Description

We are looking for experienced QE Engineers with strong expertise in Performance Testing and Engineering to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing performance test strategies, building automated performance scripts, and ensuring application resiliency and reliability under various load conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive performance test strategies and plans.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Perform load, stress, soak, endurance, and scalability testing for enterprise applications.
  • Analyze application and infrastructure performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve system performance and stability.
  • Participate in chaos engineering initiatives to validate system resiliency and fault tolerance.
  • Provide detailed performance analysis reports and tuning recommendations.
  • Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and scalability standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
  • Expertise in load testing, stress testing, soak/endurance testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Experience analyzing infrastructure and application performance metrics.
  • Good understanding of Chaos Engineering, resiliency, and reliability engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
