Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Performance Engineer for a contract position in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves performance scripting and analysis, utilizing various load-testing tools to ensure the efficiency of web applications and services.
Responsibilities:
• Performance scripting + analysis
• Jmeter experience
• Microservices
• Linux server performance monitoring
• Thread/heap dump analysis
• Should have experience in Performance testing using load-testing tools such as Load Runner, Performance Center.
• Create Performance testing scripts using various protocols like Web (HTTP/HTML), Web services, Click and script & AJAX True Client Firefox.
• Experienced in doing workload model.
• Develop data driven test automation scripts and execute performance and load testing.
• Use Load Runner (or other similar tools) to design and execute load and performance tests against Web applications, web services and SQL Server.
• Experience with Silk Performer & JMeter.
• Design and execute daily load BVTs as well as larger, system level tests.
• Prepare data for execution.
• Analyze data gathered from performance tests.
• Report findings and log defects
