The Director, Performance Engineering is a strategic leader responsible for transforming the Performance Engineering function into a best-in-class, customer-centric organization.
Reporting to the VP – Performance Optimization, this role goes beyond traditional performance analysis. It is about elevating the team into trusted advisors—delivering not just data, but actionable insights, forward-looking guidance, and meaningful recommendations that drive customer success. Today’s opportunity is to rethink and modernize performance engineering by building scalable tools, automation, and reporting capabilities that free the team from manual, repetitive work and enable them to operate as true advisors.
This leader will champion a culture of responsiveness, innovation, and continuous improvement—leveraging digital tools, modern analytics, and strong leadership to build a high-performing, customer-minded team.
