Performance jobs typically refer to roles focused on monitoring, analyzing, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, processes, or employees within an organization. These roles can exist in various industries, including IT, engineering, entertainment, and business management. For example, in IT, a performance engineer ensures that software and hardware operate optimally. In the performing arts, performance jobs might involve roles like actors, dancers, or musicians.
