Role: Performance Tester
Experience Required: 6-8 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in performance and non-functional testing for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will lead performance testing initiatives for P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance applications, design performance testing strategies, execute test plans, and present performance insights to business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise applications.
  • Lead performance testing efforts for P&C insurance applications, including Talon applications.
  • Develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, Taurus, and Lighthouse.
  • Analyze performance test results and identify system bottlenecks.
  • Present performance testing results and recommendations to customer executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure applications meet performance and scalability requirements.
  • Guide and mentor existing QE teams on performance testing tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct non-functional testing, including load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing.
  • Provide recommendations for system optimization and performance improvements.
