Description
The Manager, Partnership Activation, is responsible for managing all partner related activities including activation and execution of all contractually obligated sponsorship elements. This person will build strong relationships with current partners to aid in the renewal and retention of partners and work to continuously increase the level of service and support offered by the team to corporate partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide the highest level of service to all existing corporate partners.
  • Gather, plan and execute all contractual elements for each partner.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and map out programs that focus on achieving our partners goals.
  • Act as a sponsorship agency-like consultant internally and on behalf of clients.
  • Collect and maintain partner KPIs, ensuring a focus on partner objectives, tracking ROI and ROO, media and promotional valuations, results, measurements, etc.
  • Create an annual partner activation strategy plan for designated partner accounts to align with the commercial partnerships department and Inter Miami CF goals and objectives. This will include the development of big-idea creative activation programs and co-branded marketing opportunities.
  • Lead all upsell and renewal efforts for assigned corporate partners.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients. Learn and understand the nuances of the business of each of the organization's partners and help them achieve marketing goals through the use of Inter Miami CF assets.
  • Plan and manage VIP hospitality events, unique experiences, and special events for partners.
  • Participate in cross functional department meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Route through the appropriate review and approvals processes all collateral material featuring the Club's logo for correct usage, i.e., sponsor artwork, radio copy, public address script, videos, logos, print, web, and other relevant items.
  • Produce designated accounts partner recaps, assist in compiling all proof of performance and research data and lead assigned partner recap meetings..
  • Work all home games and assist with on-site partner activations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of extensive and proven integrated marketing experience with demonstrated success in the media, sports partnerships, fulfillment or entertainment fields required.
  • Strong understanding of MLS and international fútbol a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interactions with clients, operational leaders and other senior executives.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges.
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic - must be a team player with a "get the job done" attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple projects and timelines.
  • Knowledge of marketing, promotions, event planning and game production preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.
