B. Delivery Management
  • Lead internal and client kickoff sessions to ensure clear alignment on objectives, scope, and success criteria.
  • Translate business challenges into high-impact technical solutions with clear articulation of business value and ROI.
  • Serve as delivery lead for product-oriented Assessments and PoCs, producing high-quality deliverables (presentations, reports, roadmaps).
  • Oversee AI project execution from inception through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Partner with Client Partners (CPs) and PMs to mitigate risks, resolve challenges, and proactively manage client expectations.
  • Champion delivery excellence through strong communication, solution-oriented problem solving, and a consistent client experience.

  • Achieve an 80% conversion rate of AI PoCs to implementations.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities across Commit P&Ls.
  • Earn high confidence from Sales/CP leadership in selling and delivering Software/AI engagements.

12 Months
