Job description

Job Summary:
As the Partnership Activation Manager, you'll be responsible for the execution of annual 313 Presents sponsorship agreements. In this role, you'll work closely to manage day-to-day sponsorship engagement activities aimed to ensure all agreements are being fulfilled and providing outstanding client service to our corporate partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Acting as a key contact and maintaining day-to-day relationships with assigned Partners (clients)
  • Fulfilling all contractual assets in partner contracts, including but not limited to: season tickets, VIP receptions/experiences, signage, brand activation, web/email ads, social media campaigns, sweepstakes, retail events, etc., and making sure everything is properly executed
  • Tracking all assets with data & analytics for annual partner recaps
  • Working with partners and internal 313 departments to identify clear and measurable business objectives that capture synergistic effectiveness across multiple platforms and mediums
  • Executing partnership activation plans that most effectively leverage our assets and capabilities, builds our partners' business and delivers on objectives
  • Evaluating effectiveness of plans regularly and adjust as needed based off partner and internal feedback
  • Work closely with Sales team to build sponsorship proposals
  • Submitting and tracking sponsorship deals in CRM
  • Responsible for renewing particular client agreements
  • Entertaining and hosting high-level corporate executives
  • Creating, managing and tracking of partner budgets
  • Organization and upkeep of partner email lists and communication
  • Maintaining annual Sponsorship Activation calendar

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of sports/entertainment sponsorship support experience preferred
  • Ability to work nights and weekends (concerts & other events)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics/Kore) and Archtics Ticketing (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Sense of urgency paired with excellent customer service skills and judgment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
