Coordinate logistics for key executive meetings and team/industry conferences.

Track project milestones, identify potential risks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.

Assist in the development of presentations, activation plans, event recaps, sponsor measurement and internal reporting.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall partner experience for Priority.

Represent Priority Commerce Sports professionally at industry events and partner engagements.

They are equally comfortable coordinating behind the scenes and representing the organization in front of partners and clients. They anticipate needs before they arise, communicate proactively, and take pride in delivering exceptional experiences that strengthen relationships with some of the most recognizable organizations in sports.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly growing Sports & Entertainment team and play a meaningful role in shaping partnerships across professional sports, collegiate athletics, leagues, venues, and entertainment organizations throughout North America.
