Role OverviewWe are seeking a Partner Director, GSIs to lead our global partnership with KPMG. This partner director plays a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by building, scaling, and leading the global go-to-market strategy with KPMG and other GSIs. This role will own pipeline creation, co-sell execution, global offering creation, and revenue outcomes with KPMG and other GSI's. The role requires close collaboration with Saviynt's global partner team and cross functional company leadership to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
This role reports to the VP GSIs, Global Partner Organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with KPMG to drive joint sales opportunities, solution adoption, and long-term growth.
  • Develop strategic engagement plans for KPMG including executive relationship mapping, value prop development, global GTM plans and execute together with global teams.
  • Collaborate with global field sales teams to support opportunity reviews, pipeline creation, and deal execution.
  • Works with international teams to ensure clean booking of orders across all GEO's, manages and maintains executive procurement and GTM relationships
  • Meet or exceed quarterly targets for partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling campaigns, and solution accelerators with KPMG.
  • Track partner performance and pipeline in Saviynt's systems, providing visibility and accountability.
  • Represent Saviynt in executive-level discussions with KPMG leadership globally.
  • Collaborate with Saviynt's marketing, customer success, and global partner teams to drive joint success.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or channel leadership within the enterprise software industry.
  • Deep direct experience working with KPMG and/or other global GSI's like IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, EY and PwC for global technology vendors building global GTMs, and achieving sales targets.
  • Cybersecurity and identity management experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing partner ecosystems and delivering revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across partner organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing partner programs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
