Partner Relationship Director What we need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Partner Relationship Director within our North American Partner division. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business and is a remote role. As a member of the North American Partners Group, the Partner Relationship Director will be responsible for leading the operational execution of key initiatives by leveraging resources at Corpay. The Partner Relationship Director will collaborate with internal operations, IT, product management, sales, and marketing resources, monitor progress, and insure reporting back to internal and partner stakeholders. The selected candidate will work in close support to the Senior Vice President & General Manager of North America Partners.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Job Duties:

  • Interface with internal partners and North America Partner clients via telephone and in person to identify and lead resolution on key initiatives, and report results.
  • Monitor and track results and perform system audits to strive for flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with Partner clients, communicate progress on key initiatives.
  • Proactively analyze data and troubleshoot to understand opportunities for continued growth
  • Prepare summary reporting for senior management
  • Perform special projects as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
  • College Degree with emphasis in Marketing/Experience may substitute
  • 3-5 years of proven experience leading operational change/improvement
  • Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software
  • Analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent Excel Skills, Experience with PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Partner focused, ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Focused, with good attention to detail / Team work oriented
  • Flexible, Disciplined, with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Travel required (approx. 25%)

Pay Transparency
  • This salary range is provided for locationswhich require such disclosure. Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience training licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $100-150,000.
