To thrive as a Junior Partner, you typically need a strong background in business development, client management, and industry-specific knowledge, often supported by an advanced degree or relevant certifications. Familiarity with CRM systems, financial analysis tools, and legal or compliance software is commonly required. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills help Junior Partners build trust with clients and lead teams effectively. These competencies are crucial for driving firm growth, maintaining high client satisfaction, and positioning oneself for senior leadership roles.

What are some common challenges faced by Junior Partners when transitioning from associate roles?

Junior Partners often face the challenge of balancing increased client responsibilities with their new expectations around business development and leadership. Job description

Apex Energy Solutions is a national company that works in the remodeling industry on the cutting edge of high-efficiency products that literally saves our customers thousands of dollars.

The position of Junior Partner that we are hiring for is not one where extreme experience is required. What we are really looking for is a certain type of person, who we can train. This is a sales and marketing position a compensation package based on a** mixture of uncapped commissions and bonuses as well as a BASE PAY package.** To be really successful at Apex you must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be internally driven.

A below average Junior Partner will make about $30,000 a year. A fairly good Junior Partner will make 45k to $60k, and a highly successful Junior Partner can make up to $75,000 a year. The determining factor of where you will fall in these categories, depends almost entirely upon your work ethic.

The Junior Partner position is an incredible opportunity, but at Apex it is simply a starting point. We have a company policy of only promoting from within. We see the Junior Partner position as simply a training ground for the next role. The promotion beyond Junior Partner would be the Senior Partner position. Senior Partners earn roughly 80k to 150k. Nationally we do have several Senior Partners who have made between 190k to 210k in one year.

The Senior Partner position makes the Junior Partner position not only a great job, but the beginning of a career. Apex has every incentive to not only promote, but promote fast as we are in a growth stage as a company. If you think you are the type of person who could succeed in a self-driven competitive environment where your success is in your hands, then please apply for this job and we can start your new career together.
