Job SummaryThe HR Strategic Business Partner Director serves as a strategic people leader aligned to key HCSC business group(s), driving HR strategy in direct alignment with enterprise priorities. This role partners with senior leaders to design and implement talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness solutions that enable business performance acting as the primary connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence across workforce planning, leadership development, change management, employee relations, and talent strategy.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field and 10+ years of progressive HR experience with growth in scope and complexity including 5+ years as a strategic HRBP directly supporting VP-level or above leaders in a large, matrixed organization
  • 4 years of management or leadership experience
  • Demonstrated track record in org design, workforce planning, and enterprise change management
  • Overseeing the annual budget and allocating resources for various projects and operational needs.
  • Translating needs and initiatives into compelling business cases.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analyses to justify investments and ensure ROI.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
  • Workday or enterprise HRIS experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and engagement platforms (Glint, Qualtrics); labor/union experience a plus
  • Healthcare, insurance, or highly regulated industry experience preferred
