About the Role: Our Sushi Chefs collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to create fresh, beautiful sushi that keeps guests returning. Develop skills and advance through three unique stations:

  • Roll Station: Focus on fresh veggie prep, rice perfection, and rolling sushi.
  • Front Station: Fish breakdown, nigiri mastery, and omakase creations—plus guest interaction at the sushi bar.
  • Wheel Station: Coordinate orders and craft sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi to perfection.
