HEAD SUSHI CHEF

Leadership Opportunity | Up to $160,000 DOE

Yume Sushi Bar is one of Southern California’s fastest-growing sushi restaurant groups. We currently operate two successful locations with a team of 24 sushi chefs, and our third location is already in development.

We’re looking for an exceptional Head Sushi Chef to lead one of our locations and help us continue building a culture of excellence.

This is more than a Head Sushi Chef position. We’re looking for someone who can mentor chefs, lead by example, and build a strong team while supporting the company’s vision, standards, and culture.

We’re looking for someone who:
